His experience has been key to growing the business into The Portfolio Group, now with six key divisions. Danny stays hands-on, actively managing performance alongside the COO & CGO to drive continued success.

Chief Operations Officer
Anthony, our Chief Operating Officer, has worked for the business since 2004. He oversees the overall operational management of The Portfolio Group and works with our client solutions team on their Executive-level recruitment due to his expert delivery experience. Additionally, he manages our Payroll Perms, HR & Reward and Procurement divisions.

Our Chief Growth Officer, Charlotte, oversees the company’s revenue and business growth, identifying new investment opportunities for our growth initiatives and global expansion plans. With over 18 years’ recruitment experience, she heads up our Credit Control Division, our Client Solutions team and our Canadian Payroll division.
