Due to the growth of the Canadian marketing team, an exciting new role is available for a passionate, analytical, and highly organised senior marketing automation specialist specializing in Marketo.
You will be working full-time in our brand new office, in the heart of Downtown Toronto, off of King station.
You’ll help evolve current automation processes and identify new opportunities and areas for improvement – whether for new lead acquisition or client retention.
You’ll join a supportive marketing team in the heart of Toronto, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Marketing team drives commercial outcomes for the company across its portfolio of products and grows the addressable market through digital marketing campaigns, lifecycle management, events, partnerships and community development. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work closely with multiple teams within marketing such as Global Campaigns, Webinar and Events, Sales, Content and Product teams to execute highly effective demand and lead generation campaigns.
- Work closely with the local webinar and events manager to drive high quality webinar and event registrations and attendance.
- Work with Global Campaigns and local growth teams to acquire new leads and nuture our existing lead database with high impact content and asset download campaigns (whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, etc).
- Build excitement and engagement within the market and our database around new product and feature launches through highly effective marketing campaigns across channels and content.
- Support marketing team members with strategic expertise, setting up and monitoring Marketo campaigns and automations
- Build, manage & optimise nurture journeys for all key prospect and customer journeys and trigger points
- Monitor overall Marketo performance and health
- Build on automation and AI to improve lead management
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on email journeys against targets
- Create and implement A/B testing campaign testing schedules to identify the best performing setups and segmentations.
- Develop SMS touchpoints within automation journey’s
- Manage the automation of nurture activities. Looking to drive engagement and deliver high quality leads to sales.
- Working with wider stakeholders, help drive the client communication to increase usage and aid overall client retention.
- Routinely audit the lead database to ensure data is high quality and highly segmented, whilst helping ensure we remain compliant.
- Work with the CMO Head of Digital Growth to reach channel growth targets
What you bring to the Team
- Advanced proficiency with automation platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Klaviyo
- Experience in lead scoring and using last touch as well as multi touch attribution to improve lead pipeline & engagement
- Experience in setting up integrations and automations between CRM systems and other platforms
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams
