The Trailblazer Sales Training Programme begins in April 2025. To start, with you’ll have 4 weeks extensive training to build up your product knowledge, system training and most importantly your sales technique within their award-winning sales team.

As a B2B Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will involve cold calling and identifying small to medium-sized businesses that could benefit from our client’s services. Your goal will be to secure qualified meetings for our field-based Business Development Managers, allowing them to present our services, showcase our capabilities, and demonstrate how we can assist these businesses.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct a minimum of 80 outbound calls daily and secure a minimum of 3 appointments per day.
- Collaborate with an Account Executive colleague to sell exceptional services to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/directors, promoting and working with the BDMs to generate new business deals and revenue.
- Daily pipeline building and management will be crucial for success.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in previous cold-calling sales roles.
- Eagerness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- High level of drive and hunger for success.
- REQUIRED: 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Ability to embrace and implement coaching feedback for continuous sales skills development.
- Team player with a passion for healthy competition.
- Grit, determination, and excellent people skills to become a successful sales professional.
What you get:
- $50,000 base salary (Potential of a $5k salary bump if KPIs and targets are met and exceeded)
- Realistic first year OTE earnings of $70,000-$80,000k + uncapped!
