Hours: 11:30am-8:00pm
Location: Fully on-site Monday-Friday in Downtown Toronto near Union Station
Compensation: $60,0000- $70,0000 DOE + perks (3 weeks of vacation, with increases after 2 and 5 years of service, employer-paid benefits, pension plan, team social events)

Overview:
The Human Resources Employment Documentation Consultant plays a key role in our Documentation Consultancy Services Department. We’re looking for a proactive, driven, and high-performing HR professional to provide essential HR support related to employment documentation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-focused services. You’ll work as part of a team, assisting Sales representatives by offering HR solutions to potential clients via phone and video. Additionally, you’ll highlight commercial options, outline potential risks, and address non-compliance concerns. Please note: The hours for this role are 11:30am-8:00pm working fully on-site Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely, efficient, and comprehensive support to clients while meeting response time KPIs.
- Advise clients on documentation content, identify risks, and provide commercial guidance where needed.
- Participate in client-facing meetings through digital platforms to create employment documentation in line with company policies.
- Inform clients about additional services offered and make appropriate referrals.
- Proactively gather and encourage client feedback to enhance the company’s online reputation.
- Maintain accurate records of all work using Salesforce and other systems.
- Stay up to date with HR best practices and employment law documentation.
- Manage workloads effectively, ensuring compliance with company policies, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services.
- Take full ownership of tasks and cases from start to completion, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Review, update, and develop employment documentation to align with clients’ evolving needs.
- Assist HR Business Partners (HRBPs) with administrative tasks and documentation after their consultations.
- Perform other duties as required by the Management Team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Available to work 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM in-office.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Actively pursuing CHRP/CPHR designation.
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR practices.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and resolving client issues efficiently.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
