      • Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000
      • Uncapped Commission:
        • Year 1 OTE: $80,000+
        • Year 2 OTE: $120,000+

      What You’ll Do Every Day:

      As a Business Sales Executive, you’ll be the key to identifying opportunities for SMBs (5-50 employees) to benefit from the transformative services our client offers. Your mission: open doors, spark interest, and drive growth.

      🔹 Daily Responsibilities:

      • Make 80-100 outbound calls per day and secure 3+ quality appointments daily
      • Work closely with Business Development Managers to generate new deals and revenue
      • Manage your sales pipeline with a focus on building relationships and delivering value
      • Schedule meetings with business owners using both provided leads and your initiative
