With offices in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, they specialize in top-tier HR and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions. Now, they’re searching for a high-energy Business Development Manager to join their growing team in St Catherines, ON.
Your Mission: Growth, Success & High Earnings!
This is a 100% field-based role, giving you the freedom to manage your schedule, hit exciting targets, and own your success. You’ll be the driving force behind new business development, strategic networking, and relationship building with SMBs across St Catherine’s-all with the support of a dedicated BSC partner to help you crush your goals!
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively generate leads and set appointments through outreach and referrals.
- Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
- Build & nurture relationships with key referral partners.
- Exceed sales targets with a high-energy, results-driven mindset.
- Manage your sales pipeline with precision.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience (field-based). No exceptions!
- A strong consultative selling approach & ability to drive value-based sales.
- Experience using CRM systems to maximize sales efficiency.
- A valid G driver’s license (you’ll be on the road, making deals happen!).
- A passion for solution selling, high earnings, and exceeding targets!
- Resilience, confidence, and a natural ability to connect with people.
