Specializing in world-class HR and Health & Safety outsourcing & SaaS solutions, they’re looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Edmonton, Alberta.

In this 100% field-based role, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own day while achieving sales targets. As the face of the company in your territory, you will be responsible for generating new business, creating a network of referrals, and establishing lasting relationships with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across Edmonton. With the support of a dedicated BSC partner, you’ll have all the tools you need to succeed!
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads and secure appointments through proactive outreach and referrals.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential referral partners and introducers.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets every quarter.
- Manage your sales pipeline with precision and dedication.
- Thrive in a high-energy, performance-driven environment where success is limitless!
What We’re Looking For:
- Min. of 3-5 years of proven B2B outside field sales experience (no exceptions).
- Experience with consultative selling and the ability to create value for clients.
- Strong CRM management skills – preferably Salesforce.
- A valid G driver’s license (you’ll be on the road meeting clients frequently).
- Resilience, confidence, and charisma, with a natural talent for building rapport and trust.
