      An exciting opportunity has arrived to join a growing business in as a Business Development Manager. This business is a global Consultancy, who are looking for a driven individual who is resilient, discipline with an impressive record of business development to join their team. This role is fieldwork based, and when not on the field you have the option to work from home. This is a permanent role that offers €50K, OTE €70K + benefits. A full clean Irish driver’s license is required for this role.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Self-generation of new business leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
      • Continuous networking in your allocated region.
      • Building relationships with business owners to sell the benefits of the client’s services.
      • Develop links with potential introducers and referral partners.
      • Working to targets, whilst the role is field based you will work within a regional team, working towards individual and team success.
      • Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline through our Salesforce CRM system.

      What you bring to the Team

      • Previous experience in a B2B field sales role using a consultative selling approach.
      • You’ll be driven by your ambition and own results with an entrepreneurial spirit.
      • Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality.
      • You’ll have the confidence and professionalism to liaise with business owners/decision makers.
      • Ability to sell to different audiences including influencers, business owners, board of directors and HR managers.
      • Be able to manage and update information accurately within the CRM system, using customer intelligence for planning your sales meeting.
      • You’ll be driven by great earning potential, and be able to show initiative to be the top performing deal maker
