      The Role

      As a Sales Floor Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing sales team, driving growth and results. With a base salary of $70,000-$80,000 and uncapped earning potential (OTE up to $120,000), your income reflects your success. You’ll work with a cutting-edge HR and H&S SaaS product that is reshaping the industry.

      This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives on coaching, strategy, and driving performance. Your insights and leadership will directly impact sales success and company growth.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of up to 15 telesales professionals to exceed targets.
      • Optimize CRM systems to improve data tracking and lead generation.
      • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
      • Motivate and support your team on the sales floor, ensuring KPIs are met.
      • Analyze sales data to identify and seize new opportunities.
      • Manage sales campaigns and implement strategies to drive growth.
      • Continuously refine sales processes to maximize conversions.

      What You Bring

      • At least three years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in a SaaS or growth-focused environment.
      • Proven success managing an outbound, phone-based sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
      • Strong decision-making skills and a strategic, consultative sales approach.
      • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, from sales reps to senior leadership.
      • A proactive mindset with expertise in coaching, pipeline management, and campaign planning.
