CV submission
We will provide a comprehensive shortlist with the following:

- Follow up phone calls to discuss the options in-depth for feedback, any clarifications and answer all questions
Interview stage
We manage interview availability for all parties, and then prepare both client and candidates.
Candidates are fully prepared and provided with:
- Key information on how they match with the required skills
- Job description, key links, company website and any additional information
- Style of interview, structure and any assessments
- Who they will meet and their job titles
After the interview, we follow up with feedback from both parties, providing the candidate feedback to the client for further discussion.
Salary expectations are re-confirmed at the end of interviews.
Manage offer
Get confirmation of the offer – including salary, benefits, and ideal start date.
- Present the offer to the candidate, answering any questions and queries
- Negotiate between both parties where needed
- Gain verbal acceptance, confirm start date
- Re-discuss motivations and counter-offer expectations
Keep in contact
We stay in touch with both client and candidate leading up to start date.

- Confirm all contracts have been sent, signed, returned, with start date agreed
- Follow up with the onboarding process, what the candidate needs to know on the first day
- Assist with any sending equipment to the candidate where applicable
We keep our candidates committed to the role, ensure they are not interviewing elsewhere and manage any counter offers
