Our CEO, Danny Done, acquired Portfolio Payroll Ltd in 2003, drawing on his knowledge of temporary recruitment. His experience has been key to growing the business into The Portfolio Group, now with six key divisions. Danny stays hands-on, actively managing performance alongside the COO & CGO to drive continued success.
Anthony, our Chief Operating Officer, has worked for the business since 2004. He oversees the overall operational management of The Portfolio Group and works with our client solutions team on their Executive-level recruitment due to his expert delivery experience. Additionally, he manages our Payroll Perms, HR & Reward and Procurement divisions.
Our Chief Growth Officer, Charlotte, oversees the company’s revenue and business growth, identifying new investment opportunities for our growth initiatives and global expansion plans. With over 18 years’ recruitment experience, she heads up our Credit Control Division, our Client Solutions team and our Canadian Payroll division.
Gemma Creamer, Director of the Permanent Division, brings over 18 years of recruitment expertise, including over 12-years specialising in payroll. She leads the permanent payroll recruitment division, mentors her team, and recruits for senior executive roles, offering strategic support to businesses on hiring and growth plans.
Mark, Director of our Temporary Division, brings over 15 years of expertise in temporary recruitment. Managing our temporary consultants across three divisions; Payroll, HR & Reward, & Credit Control, he mentors & provides expert guidance to ensure we are always matching quality talent to our client’s short-term hiring needs.
Director of our Executive Division, Patrick specialises in senior interim and contract roles. Since joining in 2008, he’s built a loyal executive-level network of payroll professionals across the UK & ROI. With extensive payroll knowledge, he offers guidance & expertise on recruitment for management BAU needs and project implementations.
Joining Portfolio in 2018 to establish the Manchester office and support the Northern client base, Gillian is now a Director. With 17 years of recruitment experience, she leads the Manchester Payroll team, specialising in senior-level appointments, while also assisting the Client Solutions team with legal recruitment needs.
Barrie, our longest-serving employee since our CEO's acquisition, is now an Associate Director and a highly respected interim payroll recruiter. Trusted by executive-level and project specialist temporary & contract professionals across the UK, his payroll expertise is invaluable for clients seeking short-term support.
Rosie has over 7 years payroll recruitment experience, all gained from her time at The Portfolio Group. Rosie joined the team as a Resourcer and worked her way up to Senior Business Manager, now specialising in executive level recruitment on our permanent division.
