      Payroll Manager – 14-Month FTC

      A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly reputable organisation with exciting plans ahead! This is a 14-month fixed-term contract, offering the chance to play a key role within the senior management team.

      The Role

      As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

      • Managing the monthly payroll process across both UK & EMEA payrolls.
      • Ensuring full payroll compliance, including statutory deductions and HMRC submissions.
      • Leading on year-end payroll activities.
      • Delivering key payroll-related projects.
      • Overseeing benefit schemes and resolving associated queries.
      • Managing and supporting the payroll team on a daily basis.

      What We’re Looking For

      • Proven experience in payroll management, ideally covering UK & EMEA payrolls.
      • Strong understanding of compliance, statutory deductions, and HMRC regulations.
      • Experience in year-end payroll processes.
      • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
      • A proactive and organised approach to handling payroll projects.
