Job Overview
You will be a key part of the people team and responsible for coordination and delivery accurate payroll data. You’ll be the go-to for payroll queries and a key contact between internal teams and external payroll proviers.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Coordinating end to end UK monthly payroll
- Liaising with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data.
- Working closely with finance and HR teams
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Experience running payrolls from start to finish
- Relevant telephone experience
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
- Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience working in a UK payroll function
- Experience using Workday Payroll (desirable)
- Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation
- Experience with excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
