      Our client is seeking an experienced U.S. Payroll Specialist to join thier team. We are looking for payroll professionals with a strong background in U.S. payroll processing, compliance management, and tax administration. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions, maintaining compliance with U.S. payroll regulations, and providing support for garnishment administration.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Payroll Processing: Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including processing biweekly, monthly, and quarterly payrolls across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.

      Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax laws and garnishment requirements.

      Tax Administration: Calculate, report, and remit federal, state, and local payroll taxes accurately. Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and adjust payroll systems accordingly.

      Garnishment Administration: Process employee garnishments, including child support, tax levies, and creditor garnishments. Communicate with employees and external agencies regarding garnishment orders.

      Payroll Software Management: Utilize payroll software systems such as Ceridian Dayforce, UKG Pro, or Workday Payroll to manage payroll operations efficiently. Develop and run payroll reports using these systems.

      Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconcile payroll tax filings and garnishment deductions. Prepare and review payroll reports for accuracy and compliance.

      Collaboration: Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

      Requirements:

      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. payroll processing and compliance management.
      • In-depth knowledge of U.S. payroll tax laws and regulations.
      • Proficiency in payroll software systems such as Ceridian Dayforce, UKG Pro, or Workday Payroll.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
      • PCP certification
