Role: Payroll Specialist
Location: Scarborough
Working Location: Hybrid
Actively looking for a confident standalone payroll professional to work alongside the Finance and HR team internally.
Responsibilities
- Processing full cycle union/non-union payroll for 250 emplyees using ADP WFN
- multi-site location payroll with a mix of horuly and salaried employees
- biweekly payroll
- benefits experience is an asset but not necessary for this role
- reporting to the Director of Finance
- Year end payroll experience, reconciliation and comfortable working alongside finance
- comfortable communicating with employees across the organization answering questions related to their pay
- PCP considered an asset
