Portfolio Payroll has a great remote contract opportunity for a Payroll Specialist.
You will add to the payroll team to assist with the processing of high-volume payroll cycles and support with benefits administration. If you are a payroll professional with the ability to work, please read below.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle payroll including bi-weekly payroll cycles
- Must have experience with ADP WFN, Ceridian Dayforce or UKG payroll software
- Process payroll for 600 salaried employees Ontario & Quebec
- Prepare supporting with T220’s, T4’s, Year end, Journal entries
- Support with vacation pay
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience in a busy or high-volume environment
- ADP WFN, Ceridian Dayforce or UKG experience is required
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident user of Excel
- French speaker
- Ability to work in fast paced environments
