      Role: Payroll Coordinator (US Canada)

      Location: Downtown Toronto (Subway/Go Train Accessible)

      Job Type: Permanent

      Work Model: Hybrid

      Our establish global client is currently looking to expand their payroll team. Do you have experience processing North American payroll for US and Canada? Have you processed benefits? Then this role is for you!

      • experienced processing high volume full cycle payroll
      • UKG is knowledge and experienced is considered an asset
      • US payroll experience – multi-state is great but previous experience working with New York state is ideal
      • Multi-provincial payroll with strong understanding of payroll compliance variations in each state
      • previous experience with benefits – rrsp, pension match, enrollments etc.
      • year end processing with W2s and T4s
      • payroll audit and reconiliation experience
      • PCP considered an asset
      • Comfortable communicating across different teams, collaborating with finance and HR
      • Corresponding with employees regarding their queries in person, on phone over email etc.
