Construction Payroll Admin

Manage all aspects of the regional HRIS system (BambooHR) for both PGR and Infinity Generation Services.
Maintain, update, and organize employee records, including overseeing Iron Mountain storage and ensuring all files are up-to-date.
Set up and manage timesheets for non-union hourly and salaried employees.
Obtain employee numbers for non-union staff using the ‘Number Generator App’.
Ensure that daily HR transactions are processed accurately and promptly in BambooHR to maintain up-to-date employee records.
Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of all personnel documentation.
Handle the hiring and re-hiring process for trade and professional employees within BambooHR.
Collaborate with the hourly and salaried payroll teams to ensure that data in BambooHR aligns with the payroll system (JDEdwards).
Customize, generate, and export reports from BambooHR as needed.
Provide initial support for BambooHR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and HR partners.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within BambooHR and HR operations.
Escalate any issues to appropriate parties to maintain data accuracy and system efficiency.
Provide support in document filing, scanning, and general record keeping.
Manage regional Group Benefits and Pension Programs, including communication for employees 65 years and older.
Oversee the regional Long-Term Service and Service Quality Award Programs.
Administer the regional Customer Survey Program.
