Anthony, our Chief Operating Officer, has worked for the business since 2004. He oversees the overall operational management of The Portfolio Group and works with our client solutions team on their Executive-level recruitment due to his expert delivery experience. Additionally, he manages our Payroll Perms, HR & Reward and Procurement divisions.
Mark, Director of our Temporary Division, brings over 15 years of expertise in temporary recruitment. Managing our temporary consultants across three divisions; Payroll, HR & Reward, & Credit Control, he mentors & provides expert guidance to ensure we are always matching quality talent to our client’s short-term hiring needs.
Joining Portfolio in 2018 to establish the Manchester office and support the Northern client base, Gillian is now a Director. With 17 years of recruitment experience, she leads the Manchester Payroll team, specialising in senior-level appointments, while also assisting the Client Solutions team with legal recruitment needs.
Carla has over 11 years recruitment experience in a few different sectors. Carla joined Portfolio on the payroll team in 2019 as a senior recruitment consultant and was promoted to business manager after 3 years with the company. Following her successes with the payroll team, Carla then moved internally and now manages the HR division allowing her to expand on her expertise of the Payroll and HR sector.
Melissa has over 4 years of recruitment experience across North America and UK. With over 8 years of experience in Sales, Melissa has developed strong relationships in various industries and levels - including C-suite level. She now specialises in permanent HR and Reward Recruitment roles at The Portfolio Group.
