      Our client, a successful supply chain specialist based in Essex is actively seeking a Part-Time HR/People Manager to deliver HR operations whist acting as the SME on all people related matters. You will work with senior stakeholders withing the business supporting with HR policies, optimising processes and implemented a positive work culture.

      Duties to include:

      • Talent Acquisition
      • Employee Relations
      • Performance Management
      • HR Compliance and Policies
      • HR Administration & Payroll Coordination
      • Stakeholder Managers.

      Candidates will have a strong hands-on experience in HR operations and good knowledge of compliance and employment law. Whilst a HR qualification isn’t a necessity it would be advantageous.

      This role is a part- time, permanent role that will be required to be office based for 3 days a week at the Basildon office.
