      Position: Human Resources Employment Documentation Specialist
      Location: Fully on-site Monday-Friday in Downtown Vancouver near Burrard Station
      Compensation: $70,0000-$80,000 + perks (3 weeks of vacation, with increases after 2 and 5 years of service, employer-paid benefits, pension plan, team social events)

      Role Overview:

      The Human Resources Employment Documentation Specialist plays a key role in our Documentation Consultancy Services Department. We’re looking for a proactive, driven, and high-performing HR professional to provide essential HR support related to employment documentation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-focused services. Additionally, you’ll highlight commercial options, outline potential risks, and address non-compliance concerns.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Deliver prompt, efficient, and thorough support to clients, ensuring response times align with any set KPIs.
      • Provide guidance on documentation content, highlighting potential risks and offering commercially sound advice where needed.
      • Attend client meetings via digital platforms and prepare employment documents in line with company policies and procedures.
      • Recommend and introduce clients to other relevant services offered when appropriate.
      • Proactively gather client feedback through different channels to help boost and maintain the company’s online reputation.
      • Accurately log all activity using Salesforce and other internal systems.
      • Keep up to date with current HR and Employment Law best practices to ensure accurate and compliant advice.
      • Manage workload effectively, following company procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.
      • Build strong client relationships to enhance the value of services provided and refer to internal training and legal updates to maintain compliance.
      • Take full ownership of tasks and cases from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of delivery throughout.
      • Communicate clearly and considerately with clients, tailoring language and presentation to build trust and understanding.
      • Review, correct, and create documentation that adapts to each client’s changing needs.
      • Support HR Business Partners with admin tasks and documentation following their consultations.
      • Carry out any other duties as required by the Management Team.

      Qualifications & Requirements:

      • Minimum 3+ years of HR experience.
      • Degree or diploma in Human Resources.
      • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
      • Holds valid CPHR designation.
      • Solid understanding of employment law and HR practices.
      • Previous experience in call centre/KPI driven environment is an asset.
      • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and resolving client issues efficiently.
      • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
