      Are you a HR Manager with commercial experience, looking for a new role in the London area? My client is searching for a HR Manager to join their HQ team based in London.       What You’ll Be Doing:

      Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a highly organized and strong people manager overseeing all HR functions within in the London office. You will have 3 direct reports: Assistant HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Assistant. You will be responsible for managing budgets related to recruitment, training, salary reviews, etc. This company is seeking a HR Manager who is passional about employee engagement, employee recognition, talent and development and maintaining strong company values.

      Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:

      • To provide an effective HR service (in line with HR Key Result Areas) to all assigned business units at agreed locations
      • To manage the performance and continued development of direct reports
      • With the co-operation and collaboration of the Head of HR, to provide high level/ strategic support to assigned business units.
      • To provide project leadership for key HR initiatives as allocated from time to time, which may include employee engagement surveys, recognition schemes, salary surveys, etc
      • Budget: work with directors/senior managers to agree budgets, keep legal costs to a minimum, manage budget for core training programs, review recruitment costs, assist Head of HR in budgeting and salary review
      • People Management; HR Advisors, HR Assistant
      • Training internal staff on a range of topics

      The successful HR Coordinator will have:

      • Access to vehicle or transportation to office
      • Enjoyed working in a commercial business
      • Experience managing budget
      • Strong People Management skills
      • Must have 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role within a commercial environment
      • Strong knowledge of HR systems and skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
      • Proactive and self-motivated, confident team worker
      • Knowledge of legal compliance
      • Strong understanding of UK employment law
