      Exciting opportunity for a detail-orientated Payroll Coordinator at our established Vaughan Client. The position will require an individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to build relationships within all levels of the organization.

      Responsibilities will include:

      • Ensuring weekly payroll, including hourly, salary, union/non-union employees, is processed within established timelines
      • Maintaining accurate and organized payroll records
      • Generate and review payroll reports in addition to the payroll in-box review/execution
      • Respond to employee inquires about payroll, timesheets and pay slips
      • Flexible work environment is offered, 3 days in-office and 2 days each week working from home

      A minimum of 5-years experience in processing unionized payroll is required with a strong proficiency/knowledge of ADP. This role is Temporary to start, however with the amazing opportunity for the position to transition to a Permanent Full-time role with the organization.
