      Portfolio is proud to be partnering with our market leading client based in the heart of Dublin to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic business with outstanding core values at the heart of everything they do. This is a forward facing business at the cutting edge of its market.

      As Senior Payroll Operations Manager you will be leading a team of Payroll Analysts to ensure that payroll is completed effectively and on time as well as working with the third party vendors to ensure payrolls are executed to the highest degree of accuracy.

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Providing an effective payroll solution
      • Managing international payrolls and liaising with third party vendors
      • Delivering an accurate and effective payroll solution to the business
      • Lead on reporting activities
      • Involvement in projects
      • Managing and driving payroll activities and compliance

      What we’re looking for:

      • Payroll SME, with demonstrable Operational Payroll experience
      • Experience of Managing Teams
      • Thorough understanding of project roadmaps and implementation
      • Desire for progression
      • Competent end to end payroll knowledge and experience
      • Solid understanding of all UK payroll legislation
