      Portfolio Payroll are currently recruiting for a well established organisation looking for a part time Payroll Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. The role will require roughly 18 hours per week split across 3 days.

      Responsibilities will include:

      • Process weekly timesheets – check and transpose data into spreadsheets
      • Accurately support the processing of payroll on a 4-weekly basis using SAGE Payroll software
      • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner
      • Maintain and update employee records, including starters, leavers, and contract changes
      • Basic bookkeeping tasks using XERO software
      • General office duties
