Our very well-established construction client is actively seeking a HR shared services manager to step in and hit the ground running on a permanent basis. This role is a managerial role, looking after the core administrators and HR Adviser’s within the HR division. The ideal candidate for this role would have previous people management experience, project management exposure, stake holder collaboration and full ownership over diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Duties to include:
Candidates will have a strong background in a generalist HR role ideally 5+ years. Experience within construction / project management / property would be advantageous.
This role is a full time, permanent role across 40 hours. The role requires x1 day ON SITE and x4 REMOTE Benefits include 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays with free parking and private medical after probation.
