Our client, is an award winning public sector organisation based on the outskirts of Dublin – we are currently supporting them to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to join their established payroll function. Working across a number of trusts this would ideally suit a candidate with experience of working within the Public sector – but we will look at applicants from outside of this.
This is a strategic opportunity to further grow and develop the current payroll offering. This role will focus on managing the Payroll function, driving continuous improvement in process and team capability.
- Processing a full end to end inhouse payroll
- Dealing with all year end activities
- Managing pension administration
- Managing an experienced Payroll team and managing key relationships within the business
- Responsibility for driving continuous improvement and managing team capabilities
- Influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders
- Focus on service improvement and further development of an effective and efficient payroll service with extensive room for growth.
