Our history

Established in 1988, we now have over 35 years’ experience in the industry and a reputable track record recruiting at all levels of the market; across the whole of the UK and Canada, and into a multitude of industry sectors.

1988

The company is established, specialising in payroll recruitment.
2003

Company is purchased by current CEO Danny Done
2007

Portfolio CBR is launched, before later rebranding as Portfolio HR & Reward, specialising in the recruitment of HR, compensation, benefit and reward professionals.
2008

Moved to new and larger offices in the heart of the City of London.
2008

Portfolio Credit Control is launched, specialising in the recruitment of credit control and credit risk professionals.
2012

Portfolio Procurement is launched operating within the specialist procurement sector.
